Derek Coward used to talk about True Story Swear to God a bunch of times on Comic Book Noise – and the friends I met at the con mentioned how Beland and Garcia were local celebrities. So I made a point of picking up the collection at the con and I wanted to point out his new work here, especially since its focus is on Puerto Rican characters.

INFINITY MAN AND THE FOREVER PEOPLE 1
When the New 52 hit, I knew the O.M.A.C. series would be a sleeper hit. And even though it was short lived, I was proven right when accolades for the series rolled in when readers actually gave it a chance. Lightning may not strike twice with the same creative team on this series, but I’ll be there for the ride.
