Recommendations for the week of April 2nd:
CALIBAN 1
It’s been a long while since I’ve read a Garth Ennis comic. And I’m not one for Avatar. But the horror meets sci-fi premise of this title was enough to get me to at least check out the first issue.

ULTIMATE COMICS SPIDER-MAN 200
I read Spider-Men (not bad). I read Hunger (skip it). I read Cataclysm (you only need to read the first and final chapters). With Miles Morales and the upcoming Ultimates and FF relaunches, the Ultimate Universe finally feels different enough from Marvel 616 to give it more attention.

I was also intrigued by Caliban, but decided to wait for the trade on this one. There are just too many books that I’m getting right now ( a terrible problem, I know).
