I enjoyed this particular Timeline Tuesday because I was also “released” in August 1975. I used Mike’s Amazing World Newsstand to look up comics that were released on my actual date of birth. Among them are Action Comics #453, Fantastic Four #164, Invincible Iron Man #80 and Tommy (“Fantastic Filmbook of the Rock Opera Smash”), which was published by Marvel. I might have to buy some of those. Back in September, I ordered all of the Marvel titles that were “born” on a friend’s date of birth for his 40th birthday present. The selection of comics that debuted on the same day that he did were better than mine. 🙂
